  • Options for the Pit Furnace Include- Pit-type In-out Box Type Pit Double Door Straight through Box Type

  • Batch capacity is around 4000 kg gross.

  • Production rate ranges from 200kg to 2500kg gross/ batch.

  • Maximum Operating temperature of HIGHTEMP’s Pit Furnace is 955ºC.

  • Furnace temperature control includes PID digital controllers, temperature recorders, digital controllers, and thermocouples.

  • Inclusive of necessary electrical switch gears such as main switch, contactors, fuses, lamps, control transformer, volt meters, auxiliary contactors, etc.

  • Heat-resistant fan and baffle are installed to ensure uniformity of temperature.

  • Cooling pit is designed to suit the dimensions of the complete fixture assembly.

  • Additional control with a thermocouple is provided to ensure the purging of the atmosphere above 760ºC and to cut off atmosphere flow if the temperature falls below 750ºC.
