HIGHTEMP’s Methanol Dosing System consists of 500 litres SS 304 Capacity, each tank (2 tanks in one set) for liquid methanol.
Use of two tanks- one for IN USE and the other for STANDBY. Both the tanks are mounted on the Skid.
Nitrogen Gas creates pressure in the tank for feeding liquid methanol to equipment with very small consumption.
Additional features include a Nitrogen regulator, drain valve, nitrogen gas pressure switch for alarm, and pressure switch option in the tank.
Level gauge included with tank, pressure gauge for each tank and nitrogen feeding line.
