Gas Fired

The Gas option for the Continuous Sealed Quench Furnace utilizes a burner to combust gas and generate heat. Burners are positioned around the furnace to provide the heat treatment temperature required to achieve the desired properties. The gas is mixed with air and ignited to produce a controlled flame. The Gas-fired Continuous Sealed Quench Furnace is preferred in industrial areas where gas is readily available, and where rapid and uniform heating conditions are needed.
