Advantages

Icon 0

Requires Less Floor Space

Continuous Pusher type Furnace are designed to process materials in a linear and continuous manner, eliminating the need for large batch processing areas. This allows for a compact design.

Icon 1

Less Power Consumption

Continuous Pusher furnaces are designed to maintain consistent temperature and minimize the need for repeated heating cycles. Continuous furnaces maintain a steady state of operation, ensuring efficient use of energy.

Icon 2

Good Carburizing Quality

HIGHTEMP’s Continuous Pusher Furnace ensures controlled atmosphere throughout the furnace, making it highly effective for the carburising process. The consistent flow of materials helps with uniform case hardening.

Icon 3

Low Heat Dissipation

The Pusher furnace is designed with advanced insulation materials that have low thermal conductivity. This helps reduce heat loss through the furnace walls and to maintain consistent internal temperatures.

Icon 4

Reduced Cycle Time

HIGHTEMP’s Continuous Pusher Furnace allows for shorter cycle times compared to batch processing enabling higher throughput and reduced per-unit cost of heat treatment.

A Pusher type furnace is a continuous heat treatment furnace used in industries to treat metals. The furnace is designed to move workpieces through a heated chamber in a continuous, linear fashion to ensure consistent and uniform treatment.

Temperature control in a continuous pusher furnace is achieved through multiple heating zones, each independently controlled to maintain precise temperatures. The zoning allows for gradual heating and cooling of materials to ensure they reach the desired temperature profile.

HIGHTEMP’s Continuous Pusher Type Furnace is widely used in industries such as automotive and aerospace. It helps achieve consistent components with high throughput.

The advantages of HIGHTEMP’s Continuous Pusher Type Furnace include less floor space, less power consumption, lower gas consumption, short carburization time, low heat treatment cost, low heat dissipation, and good carburising quality.
