Operating temperature ranges from 180ºC to 900ºC.
Ideal furnace for hardening of large volume components.
Belt is offered with a maximum width of 1000mm furnace including radiant tube heaters placed on the top and bottom, along with an integral quench tank for bright hardening.
Production rate ranges from 80kg/hr to 1600kg/hr.
Fully automated lines consist of Vibratory/Ram Loaders, Pre-wash, Hardening Furnaces and Quench, Post Wash, Temper, and other material handling equipment.
Temperature control is automatic through PID digital temperature controllers’ single point, over temperature safety through separate on/off digital temperature controller.
