HIGHTEMP offers a straight-through design for the Alkali Washer.
The washing machine consists of 2 baths of alkali dip, alkali spray, and water spray.
Production rate ranges from 200kg to 2500kg gross/ batch.
Options for operation include Electric and Gas fired heating system.
Overflow tank with patented skimmer mechanism for removal of oil from the tank.
The temperature of the Alkali bath ranges from 60ºC to 80ºC, with a tank capacity of 2500L.
Cycle time for each bath is 16 minutes.
Exits are actuated by air cylinders.
Belt type oil skimmer is installed in the sub-tank which picks up the oil on the surface.
Jogging facility available in selected models for removing heavy oils.
Additional hot water spray can be incorporated optionally for the final rinse.
Hot air blower dries the components after washing.
Option for zones include- Single zone with 3 stages (Alkali dip, Alkali spray, and hot air dry) Two zones with 3 stages (Alkali dip, Alkali spray, and hot air dry)

The ingredients in an alkali wash are Alkali agents (such as Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Hydroxide, or Sodium Carbonate), Surfactants, Water softening agents, and other additives.
