Responsibilities
For Freshers:
BE in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institution.Basic understanding of heat treatment processes (annealing, quenching, tempering).Knowledge of metallurgical testing techniques (microscopy, hardness testing).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.For 1-5 Years of Experience:
Experience in industrial heat treatment, material testing, or process control.Hands-on experience with furnaces, quenching systems, and surface treatments.Knowledge of industry standards (AMS, ASTM, SAE) for metallurgical processes.Ability to conduct root cause analysis and improve process efficiency.Job Details
Develop and optimize heat treatment processes for various metals and alloys.Conduct metallurgical analysis, hardness testing, and microstructure evaluation.Support furnace design by providing material selection and process guidelines.Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.Work closely with production teams to improve process efficiency and quality.
